BOOKINGS

• All deposits amounts ate taken from the final treatment price

• For all facial treatments , a £10 non refundable deposit is required 

• For all aesthetics and beauty treatments, we require a £30 non refundable deposit, which will be taken off your treatment price.

• For all pamper party booking , we require a 50% upfront payment to secure your date.

• For all course bookings, we require a 50% upfront payment to secure your training date. We also offer pay later options.  

• Please be aware that the deposit has to be paid in order for your appointment to be confirmed. We will hold your appointment for 24 hours, after this if no deposit has been paid, we will offer it to other clients.

CANCELLATIONS

• If you are no longer able to attend your appointment and need to reschedule , please give us 48 hours notice

• For any cancellations made within 24 hours , the deposit will be lost and we will require a 50% treatment price

LATE ARRIVALS

​

• Please note if you are running late , we are only able to hold your appointment for a maximum of 10 minutes

• If you arrive past. the grace period , you will need to reschedule a new appointment , meaning a new deposit will be required and you will be considered a 'no show'. 100% of the service price will need to be paid.

NO SHOWS

• If you fail to turn up at your appointment , you will be required to pay 100% of the service amount before booking any further appointments.
